Free Estimates

I believe that the best way to get the job started is to come over to see you and have a chat about your business. I'll take your ideas away and work them into a concrete specification. I'll draw up an itemised list of who does what. And I'll give you a price for the job.

No Job Too Small

Perhaps you already have a website and you want to freshen it up, or even just bring the information on it up to date. Doesn't matter to the web plumber - a one-day maintenance or repair job is just as welcome as a shiny new fully fledged project!

Fixed Price or Time and Materials?

Business is business and what's right for one job may not be right for another. The web plumber can work to a fixed price or charge by the hour.

Content

Not everybody has access to an already existing source of content, whether it's photographs, data, product information or prices. You guessed it, I can help you out here, too. The web plumber can turn his hand to product photography, graphics processing, data capture and transformation.

Payment

My invoice will describe the service provided with a clear breakdown of charges. Payment must be made in full by PayPal, cheque or cash upon receipt of the invoice and prior to the completed work being released into a 'live' environment.

Guarantee

Naturally, one expect all one's work to be bug-free by the time testing is complete. However, stuff happens and issues can arise in the live environment. I make a commitment to resolve these at no cost within 6 weeks of implementation. Ongoing maintenance support can be arranged to cover future changes and additions to your site as your business grows.
